I had a blast in Canada with my Dad two weeks ago. Although I think that my Pop was a little disturbed with my iPhone addiction. A few miles past the US/Canada border and my AT&T signal was nonexistent. Thank God for WiFi at the lodge or I would have slipped into a tech coma.
I wanted to give this weeks comic’s original art to my Dad so I penciled and inked this comic traditionally. I realize that I don’t have the skills in lettering so I had to resort to typing in my text. I’m going to keep working on it. I liked the feel of inking my pencils directly rather than use the Wacom tablet. I felt that I had far more control right now. I still haven’t found my webcomic art routine so the experiments will continue.
I’m going to keep building up the design of the website. I’ve got the Geeko System Logo up now…more to come. Please email or comment on the strip, I’m going to try to respond to everyone.

Sorry for the delay on this comic. I was a little busy the last two weeks with my fishing trip to Canada and planning my son’s Birthday Party. With these items behind me, I hope that I can return to a regular weekly schedule. This comic was intended to be released during E3.
I’m going to miss John Madden, I love his obsessive commentary on tailgating in the stadium parking lot. I will never forget his Thanksgiving Day coverage that would always conclude with him bestowing turkey legs to the All Madden Players of the Game. John would honor these players for the strangest reasons like the most turf stuck in the facemask or who’s has the dirtiest uniform (this was back when football was played on grass).
If EA actually create a Cooking Madden game I would be all over it, this is less of a joke and more of a request. Peter Moore get on it!
